Welcome to Fortitude Speech & Debate
Fortitude is a Christian homeschool forensics club based in Fresno/Clovis area of Central California. As an affiliate member of the national league, Stoa, Fortitude is comprised of junior high and high school speech and debate students from privately educated Christian homeschooling families. Fortitude seeks to equip students to hone their God-given rhetorical skills, that they may speak boldly, and change the world for Christ.

Why Fortitude?
Faith First
Everything we do is grounded in discipleship. Speech and debate is a tool — our true goal is helping students grow in faith, virtue, and knowledge of Christ.
Community
We are a parent-led, collaborative club — not a drop-off program. Parents and students grow together, coaching and encouraging one another as iron sharpens iron.
Excellence
We train students to reason clearly, speak boldly, and compete with grace — skills that will give them a platform to change the world for Christ.
